It is required to you

  • For a potato stuffing:
  • - 350 g of potatoes;
  • - 4 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 5 tablespoons of fennel dried;
  • - salt;
  • For the test:
  • - 50 ml of milk;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 200 g of sour cream;
  • - 400 g of wheat flour;
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of salt;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 7 g of a yeast powder;

Instruction

1. Boil potatoes in the added some salt water until ready. Crush potatoes in puree and add butter and fennel. Mix before formation of homogeneous mass.

2. Make dough. Shake up the mixer egg with sugar and salt. Add sour cream and once again well shake up. Mix yeast with warm milk and a tablespoon of flour and sugar, place in the warm place for 15 minutes before formation of characteristic "hat". Connect yeast to sour cream weight. Pour flour and knead dough. Cover dough with a towel and leave in the warm place for 1 hour that it rose.

3. Divide dough into small pieces of two walnuts. Roll each piece in flat cake with half-centimeter thickness. Lay out a potato stuffing on the middle of flat cake.
