  • - on 1 tsp of ground paprika and a black pepper.

  • on 1 liter
  • - cherry of 1 kg (without stones);
  • - glass sugar 1/2;
  • - vinegar of 1.5 tablespoons;
  • - vegetable oil of 1 tablespoon;
  • - starch of 1 tablespoon;
  • - carnation, allspice peas on 3 pieces;
  • - chili powder, ground cinnamon, adjika (dry), salt.

Instruction

1. Plum tomato sauce. Wash out plums, remove stones. Overwind tomatoes, the peeled onions and plums on the meat grinder. Shift this weight in a pan and you cook on small fire within 1 hour. Periodically stir slowly.

2. Then add the crushed garlic and other products, except vinegar, mix and you cook 1 more hour. In 20 minutes prior to the termination pour in vinegar and mix. Pour in juice with starch and once again mix. Turned out sauce you cook on average fire of 5 minutes (from the moment of boiling), pour in vinegar and you cook 5 more minutes.
