The German poppy pie - one of my favourite pies. Quickly enough and just prepares. The stuffing is very pleasant, has a soft and gentle consistency. This pie - the miracle is simple!

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - wheat flour - 300 g
  • - a desi - 130 g
  • - sugar - 100 g
  • - vanillin (at will)
  • For a stuffing:
  • - milk - 750 g
  • - sugar - 150 g
  • - semolina - 150 g
  • - poppy filling for pies - 150 g
  • - a desi - 100 g
  • - cottage cheese - 250 g
  • - egg - 1 piece.

Instruction

1. We fray flour, a desi, vanillin and sugar in a crumb.

2. We stack about 2/3 all crumbs on a bottom of the form which is previously oiled. Also we put in the fridge on preparation time of a stuffing.

3. We start preparation of a stuffing. In a pan we pour out milk, we add butter and sugar. We put on fire and we bring to the boil.

4. We mix poppy and semolina in a plate. We begin to add mix to milk, without forgetting to disturb constantly that there were no lumps. We remove from a plate, we cover and we leave for 10 minutes that our stuffing began to get denser.

5. In the blender we shake up cottage cheese and egg.

6. After there pass 10 minutes, add to poppy cottage cheese and it is carefully mixed.

7. We pull out our form from the fridge and we distribute in it a stuffing. After that we strew with the remained crumb.

8. We put in warmed up to 180 wasps our pie for an hour. Before giving it is possible to powder with icing sugar and to put a branch of fresh mint.
