The pork and beans and tomatoes though is rather simple dish, but meat according to this recipe turns out very tasty! You don't hurry to exclude haricot if you don't love it from a dish, here it is perfectly combined with meat and tomatoes.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of pork;
  • - 500 g of fresh tomatoes;
  • - 350 g of haricot;
  • - 150 g of onions;
  • - vegetable oil, pepper, salt, greens.

Instruction

1. Previously wet haricot in cold water, leave it for four hours, it is possible to soak haricot longer if you don't hurry with preparation of a dish.

2. On the expiration of this time boil haricot until ready. Haricot cooks about one hour, but different grades of haricot are preparing different amount of time.

3. Clean onions, small crumble. Wash out meat, cut with small pieces. Too wash out tomatoes, slice.

4. Pour vegetable oil on a frying pan, lay out onions, fry it to a translucent state.

5. Add meat to a frying pan, fry 20 minutes. After that add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Fry everything together 15 minutes.

6. Drain water from ready haricot, and send haricot to meat, mix. Add the chopped fresh greens, mix. Serve the dish to a table hot.
