Instruction
1. Cut the washed-up meat small pieces. Put on a plate a frying pan with oil, lay out meat and fry it to a ruddy state.
2. In a pan, of 3 l, we spread meat and we fill in with water. We put on a plate for cooking. While meat is boiled, we prepare a soup garnish.
3. The peeled tomatoes, carrots, onions are small cut. In a frying pan where meat was fried, we spread onions and carrots, we give to vegetables golden color, then we add tomatoes. We cover and extinguish to a pastelike state.
4. We spread a ready vegetable mix in a pan. We cut potatoes pieces and we add to a pan to other ingredients. We cook within 25 minutes. Then we add vermicelli, salt, pepper, bay leaf and we cook 5 more minutes.
5. Remove from fire, add greens, cover densely and leave for 5 minutes.
6. Cut the peeled eggs on halves and put in a plate before giving.
