Ingredients:
- 350-450 g of pork;
- 1 onion of the big size;
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream;

- 1 teaspoon of mustard;
- 2 garlic zubk;

Preparation:
- Meat needs to be washed out properly in flowing water. Cut off from it films if those are available. Then, having used very sharp knife, cut pork on pieces not of the really big size.
