To surprise guests with new option of already known culinary masterpiece, instead of chicken fillet add pork to classical prunes salad, dilute it with mushrooms and a grated cheese. This structure of salad can be done as mixed, and puff. This dish more nourishing also has to be pleasant to men.

It is required to you

  • - 300 g of fast pork;
  • - 200 g of mushrooms;
  • - 200 g of prunes;
  • - 100 g of a hard cheese;
  • - 1 pieces of onions;
  • - 200 g of mayonnaise;
  • - 100 g of walnuts;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 4 pieces of potatoes (at will);
  • - fresh cucumber;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Any fresh mushrooms will be suitable for preparation of salad. Chanterelles and champignons of preprocessing don't demand. Them fry in a frying pan is possible at once. And here honey agarics, slippery jacks, morels, russulas boil cepes in the boiling water within 30-40 minutes, periodically changing water for fresh. Wash out the prepared mushrooms and cut, fry in vegetable oil with onions.

2. Cook potatoes, remove a peel, let's cool down. Grate vegetable.

3. Wet prunes in cold water for an hour, drain water, dry fruits napkins. Remove stones and small cut.

4. For prunes salad boil pork, well meat is steamed. Cool a piece and cut in cubes or straws.

5. Spread meat and prunes salad layers, bedaubing everyone with mayonnaise. Put ingredients in the following order: part of prunes, grated potatoes, mushrooms, pork, the second part of prunes, grated cheese. On the last layer of mayonnaise strew the crushed nuts and lay segments of a fresh cucumber. Cover with a cover and put in the fridge for three hours.
