Cucumbers in Korean
To make preparations for the winter according to this recipe, it is required to you:
- 2 kg of cucumbers;
- 3 heads of onions;
- 3 pieces of a paprika;
- 3 large tomatoes;
- 1 head of garlic;
- black sprinkling pepper;
- vegetable oil.
Wash up cucumbers and cut them straws. Put in ware and salt, slightly mix weight and put in the fridge at several o'clock. When cucumbers give juice, wring out them through a gauze.
