The recipe of this dessert is rather simple, but having prepared it, you precisely surprise guests. They can please also sweet teeth and those who to sweet are rather indifferent. Such dessert by right will take the worthy place on a holiday table.
Ingredients:
- Unpitted prunes – 500 g;
- The walnut peeled – 100 g;
- Sour cream, 25% fat - 1 pack (250 g);
- Condensed milk - 1/2 banks.
Preparation:
- To fill in prunes with stones with cold water and to leave for half an hour that it inflated a little. Then to drain water and to dry fruits.
- Knife prunes lengthways sharp, remove a stone from berry. To fill with a piece of walnut prunes instead of stones. If there is no wish to potter, it is possible just to cut both prunes and walnut. But, of course, the filled prunes in a dessert are much more interesting.
- Shake up sour cream the mixer or a bleder, gradually adding a condensed milk. Weight has to turn out strong and air. If there is no wish that the dessert was too luscious, a condensed milk can be replaced with granulated sugar. When everything is ready it is possible to make out a dessert.
- On a bottom to put in a transparent ice-cream bowl a little sour cream, literally couple of tablespoons to close a bottom. Then from above we spread the stuffed prunes, and from above we fill in with a sour cream. If prunes and walnut are cut, they need to be laid out layers, At first prunes, then walnut and to close cream.
- Put a dessert in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then it is possible to give to a table. Before giving from above to strew a dessert with the crushed walnut, to put a half of berry of prunes and to decorate with a mint branch.
