It is required to you

  • - puff pastry of 500 g;
  • - pears of the average size of 3 pieces;
  • - hawthorn of 400 g;
  • - sugar, cinnamon, icing sugar.

Instruction

1. First of all it is necessary to process hawthorn fruits – wash out them and you cook in a pan until berries don't boil soft. After the hawthorn boils soft, we lower it on a colander and we wash out berries.

2. We wash out pears, we cut in cubes.

3. The defrozen puff pastry needs to be rolled and cut on small rectangles.

4. We knead pieces of pear and berry of a hawthorn and we turn into uniform puree. At this stage we add sugar and cinnamon to taste.

5. The received puree is spread on in advance rolled rectangles from puff pastry and accurately we pinch them. It is necessary to bake puffs at 220 OS within 15 minutes. It is possible to decorate a dish with icing sugar and a leaflet of mint.
