It is required to you

  • - 400 g of pumpkin;
  • - 200 g of dried apricots;
  • - 1.6 liters of water;
  • - 1/2 glasses of sugar;
  • - 1 tablespoon of starch;
  • - vanillin.


1. Scrape pumpkin seeds and a crust, cut with large pieces. Wash out dried apricots, cut on small pieces.

2. Boil 1.5 liters of water in a pan, put the cut dried apricots with pumpkin there, you cook to softness of both components. After that crush pan contents by means of the blender. On consistence weight has to remind puree.

3. Dissolve starch in 100 ml of cold water.

4. Add to puree sugar and vanillin to taste, put on fire, bring to the boil. You cook 5-7 minutes, then remove from a plate. A thin stream pour in starch, continuously stirring slowly with bright puree. Again return on a plate, you cook kissel of 5-7 minutes.
