The quince in vanilla syrup turns out soft, fragrant, almost caramel. For fans of a quince this east delicacy will be to the taste. It is possible to give cold or warm with whipped cream.

- For four portions:
- - 500 ml of water;
- - 250 g of sugar;
- - 5 pieces of a quince;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 vanilla pod;
- - bell pepper.
Instruction
1. Cut a vanilla bean in half, put it in a wide nonmetallic saucepan, add a lemon dried peel, sugar, water, bell pepper there. Put on average fire, you cook to sugar remelting, stirring slowly. After that reduce fire under a pan.
2. Clean a quince, cut on quarters, remove all sunflower seeds. At once lower each slice of a quince in syrup which has to cover them completely. Cover from above a pan with parchment, prepare half an hour, during this time the quince will become gentle and soft.
3. Shift a quince a skimmer in a bowl, and boil syrup on strong fire within ten minutes that at least on a third it uvaritsya.
4. Water a ready quince from above with sweet fragrant syrup, give as an independent dessert to tea or use at preparation of different desserts as a stuffing.
