The squash contains many useful and vital substances. One of easy ways of preparation of this vegetable is ragout.

It is required to you

  • - white cabbage 1/2;
  • - squash of 1 piece;
  • - carrots of 1 piece;
  • - onion of 1 piece;
  • - tomatoes of 0.5 kg;
  • - olive oil 3 tablespoons;
  • - garlic 3 segments;
  • - Bulgarian paprika of 1 piece;
  • - salt;
  • - sour cream 1 tablespoon;
  • - fennel.

Instruction

1. We cook vegetables: we clean a squash and we cut in small cubes. Small we slice cabbage. We grate carrots on a small grater. Onions are also cut small. We cut paprika thin half rings or stripes short.

2. In a frying pan we warm olive oil. We fry the chopped cabbage, then we add to it a squash and a paprika and salt. Extinguish on average fire, constantly mixing vegetables.

3. In a separate frying pan we fry onions and carrots. Then we add them to vegetable stew and we extinguish a baking plate a cover of 20-30 minutes.

4. After ragout is ready, to allow it to infuse under a cover of 20 more min. And only then it is possible to give on a table!
