If you go to India — that by all means you will taste this unusual Ayurvedic drink representing tea with milk and spices. But it is simple to prepare it also at home.
It is required to you
- For 2 portions:
- 5 glasses of boiled water, 0.5 glasses of milk of 3.2% of fat content, 2 (is possible more) teaspoons of black tea, sugar, honey or condensed milk to taste, spice: cardamom powder — 1 teaspoon (or 2-3 pods), a carnation — 5 pieces, grated nutmeg — on a knife tip, a ground cinnamon — 1 teaspoon, or 1 stick of integral cinnamon, имбрирь grated or ground — 1/2 teaspoons, an anise — 1/2 teaspoons. It is possible to find ready mix of spices for tea in shop masala.
Instruction
1. We pound spices which you take whole (ginger, cardamom) in a mortar, so they completely will give aroma.
2. We put water on fire, several seconds prior to boiling we add spices and sugar. We cook all this 1 minute.
3. We fill in with this mix tea. We wait for about 5 minutes until it is ready.
4. We add the warmed-up milk, we filter. Tea is ready!
