- eggs, 10 pieces; - milk, 500 ml;

It is necessary to prepare for baking of an Easter cake since evening. For this purpose separate proteins of two eggs and send them to be cooled in the fridge.

Further cold proteins will be used for glaze creation.

Break the remained 8 eggs, salt and leave to stand on kitchen till the morning. Such procedure will make yolks brighter, and the Easter cake, respectively, will be more beautiful. Heat milk, but you don't bring it to the boil. It has to be warm. Dissolve in it yeast, one spoon of sugar and about 5 tablespoons of flour. Having finished, put milk in heat for fermentation. Take earlier made eggs, pour in them in previously kindled oil, add vanilla sugar and nutmeg. Dough already approached by this time therefore add to it the mix prepared by you. In a big bowl pour out 1.5 kg of flour, fill in yeast dough and begin to knead until until it ceases to stick to a bowl. When dough is ready, add raisin. If it seems that dough too liquid, add still flour. In order that dough rose, the pan needs to be wrapped up and put to the warm place. If you want, you can even put a baking plate it a hot-water bottle, it will help to keep heat longer. After dough rose, it should begin to be kneaded again, and then to send to the warm place until it rises again. When dough rises almost to the very top of forms, send it to an oven which temperature of 200 wasps.
