The recipe of fried cucumbers with onions and vinegar
If you want to prepare an original tasty garnish for meat or a bird, take 750-800 grams of fresh cucumbers, 1 average bulb, 0.5 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 4 tablespoons of 9% vinegar, 1 full (with top) a salt tablespoon. You also need a small amount of a desi for frying and sour cream (for addition to a ready-to-eat meal).
Wash up and dry tissues cucumbers. Cut vegetables with a sharp knife lengthways on halves, remove seeds with a tea spoon. Then cut a half of cucumbers across on pieces about one centimeter thick. Fried cucumbers with sesame and a soy-bean sauce
For preparation of fried vegetables with sesame take about 700-750 grams of small cucumbers, 2 tablespoons of seeds of sesame, 2 tablespoons of starch, 2 incomplete tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce, 2-3 gloves of garlic, a little vegetable oil for frying, 2 teaspoons of salt, a hot sprinkling pepper to taste. Cut the washed-up cucumbers in half, put in a bowl. Salt, mix and leave approximately for 20-25 minutes. Then wash out in warm water, dry then roll in in starch. In a deep frying pan with a convex bottom warm a little vegetable oil, put the garlic peeled and cut by thin plates, strew with hot pepper. Fry capacity contents, in 30 seconds add a half of cucumbers, pour seeds of sesame and pour in a soy-bean sauce. Fry on strong fire at constant stirring about 4 minutes. Then at once serve the dish to a table.
