From prunes it is possible to prepare not only compote or a tasty stuffing for pies, but also very fragrant jam. The general preparation time of such jam – no more than 120 minutes.

Prunes jam

You need one and a half kilograms of fresh prunes (wild plums), 400 grams of sugar, 10 tablespoons of water, at will it is possible to add cinnamon and vanillin – on a pinch.
