Instruction

1. For a start we will prepare a squash. It is the best of all to choose a young squash at which it is possible not to cut off a peel. It needs to be washed and wiped with a clean kitchen towel carefully. We cut a squash lengthways on two identical halves which will remind court shoes or across that rings 5-6 cm thick turned out. By means of a teaspoon we delete seeds. We lower the prepared squash in the boiling added some salt water for several minutes and we throw back on a colander.

2. We take ready mincemeat (pork and beef in equal quantities), we add to it salt, spices, egg. We mix everything. The onions are small cut. We rasp carrots. On the warmed frying pan we add a piece of a desi and we fry onions and carrots till golden color.

3. In a small saucepan we pour water, we add a little salt. We boil rice to semi-readiness, then we throw it on a colander. We mix mincemeat with rice, fried by onions and carrots.

4. We fill squash with forcemeat, we stack in superficial ware or on a baking tray, having a little oiled a surface sunflower. We bake in an oven until ready. Give stuffed vegetable marrows on green lettuce leaves, having decorated them with fennel greens.
