The unusual, silky taste of this milkshake with vanilla notes aroma of rum and nutmeg is, probably, one of the most tasty drinks. At the same time the recipe of its preparation isn't put at all. Having made it once, you want to make it again again to surprise the guests. For a start it is necessary just to try.
It is required to you
- 240 ml. milk;
- 80 гр. sugar;
- 1 vanilla bean;
- 2 yolks;
- 60 гр. cream (35%)
- 15 ml. rum;
- Nutmeg
Instruction
1. In a stewpan it is necessary to mix milk, sugar, a vanilla bean and its seeds. Put on average fire and wait until sugar is dissolved. In a big bowl to shake up two yolks. Stirring slowly, to pour in the warmed-up milk in a bowl.
2. Put dairy egg mix on fire and warm up about 15 min., constantly stirring slowly. It is impossible to assume that mix began to boil.
3. Take out a vanilla pod. Add rum and cream to mix, to mix properly. Allow cocktail to cool down, then to remove in the fridge for 1 hour, it is possible on all night long. Give to a table cold, having strewed with a nutmeg pinch.
