House winemaking – it is real. There is an opinion that to make wine difficult and very troublesome. And it absolutely not so. Of course, this interesting and creative process will demand some time and efforts. But it is worth it.
The best, natural and tasty wine – house. Especially, if fruit, berries, fresh and with own hand collected. Domestic wines usually have the strength of 10-11 degrees. But if to add to it it is a little more sugar, then fortress will increase.
Ingredients: 2 kg of strawberry, 1 kg of sugar, 2 liters of water.
Berries need to be touched, washed and dried. Pour into the capacity (it is the best of all in bank), to fill up with three glasses of sugar and to fill in with cold boiled water. Then to deliver to the sun. When begins to wander, establish a water lock and put in a shadow for 3-3.5 weeks.

Wash out ripe berries and dry. Leave at the room temperature at 1-2 days. Then wipe through a sieve, mix with sugar and leave for 7-8 days for fermentation. Then fill in with warm, boiled water, mix and pour in bank. Leave for a month, then filter and pour in bottles. You store in the dark place.
Ingredients: 2 kg of a cranberry, 1 glass of water, 1 glass of apple juice, 1 kg of sugar.
Shift the washed-out and touched berries in a bowl and knead hands. Leave in the room for 2 weeks. Well filter a cranberry, pour in bank, add water, juice, sugar. Mix and leave to wander for 1-1.5 months. Then filter wine, pour on bottles, a zakuporta and leave to ripen in the cool, dark place for 1-1.5 months. Once again filter, pour and place in storage.
Lemon sparkling wine
It is required: 1 lemon, 60 g of raisin, 60 g of honey, 2.5 liters of water, ½ h a spoon of yeast, 2-3 tablespoons of flour, is a little sugar.
Preparation: from a lemon cut off a dried peel and a white film, cut with circles, remove stones. Wash raisin, dry and mix with a lemon and honey. Mix, pour in bank and leave for fermentation.
As soon as all thick emerges, filter, and pour drink on bottles. Add to each bottle on several berries of raisin and 1 lemon crust. Close traffic jams and send to a dark and cold spot. In 3-4 weeks, wine will be ready.
