1. Cocktail with mint and a lemon

Ingredients: 1 kiwis, a half of a lemon (or 1 lime), 6-7 branches of mint, 6-7 branches of parsley, a half-glass of water without gas, 1 teaspoon of honey. 

How to prepare: peel, crush a kiwi in the blender. Add a lemon, greens, water, it is good to mix. Decorate with segment of a lemon and a branch of mint. 

2. Tropical cocktail

Ingredients: 1/4 grapefruits, 4 segments of pineapple (if pineapple small, then a half), a glass of kefir, the pumpkin seeds cleaned — about 30 grams, coconut oil — 30 ml. 

How to prepare: grapefruit and pineapple to clean, cut on pieces and to crush in the blender. To crush seeds of pumpkin separately, to add to fruit. Add kefir and oil, to mix. Decorate with pumpkin sunflower seeds. 

3. Cocktail with spicery

Ingredients: a glass of kefir, red hot pepper on a knife tip, 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon, a root of fresh ginger, a honey teaspoon (it is possible without it). 

How to prepare: clean, rub ginger on a small grater (for cocktail 1 teaspoon of grated ginger suffices). Mix all components in the blender. Decorate with a ground cinnamon or sticks of cinnamon. 

4. Cocktail with a celery

Ingredients: 2-3 big stalks of a celery, 1 green apple, 1/4 glasses of water, 1-2 limes, 0.5 glasses of ice. 

How to prepare: to cut stalks of a celery and the peeled apple on pieces and to crush in the blender. To squeeze out juice of a lime, to add to mix. Then to add water and to shake up once again. Add the crushed ice (it is possible not to add). Decorate with apple segment. 

5. Cocktail with wheat sprouts

Ingredients: 1 small carrots, 2-3 stalks of a celery, 1 green apple, 1 tablespoon of cream, 1/3 glasses of germinated wheat (it is possible to buy in special shop or to couch).

How to prepare: to squeeze out juice of carrots, to add cream. To crush apple, wheat and a celery in the blender to a condition of puree, to add carrot juice, to mix once again.

These simple in preparation and very useful cocktails will fill you with energy and will help with fight against excess weight. It is important that they need to be used right after preparation.
