Squids – incredibly useful product turning any dish into a masterpiece. With use of meat of squids it is possible to cook not only soups and second courses, but also the most tasty salads and snack.
Squids avocado salad
For preparation of this dish it will be required to you:
- squids freshly frozen or fresh – 300 g;
- avocado – 1 piece; - champignons – 250 g; - sour cream – 3 tablespoons; - olive oil – 3 tablespoons; - wine vinegar – 3 tablespoons; - lettuce leaves – 1 bunch; - parsley greens – 1 bunch;
- salt, pepper, seasonings – to taste. Boil carcasses of squids. Drain water, salt meat and pepper, add sour cream. Peel avocado from a thin skin, remove a kernel. Cut avocado in small cubes. Wash up champignons and cut them thin pieces.
Mix mushrooms with avocado, add vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper. Small cut parsley and shift it to mushrooms. Lay out the washed-up lettuce leaves on a big flat dish. In the center of a dish place squids. Around squids at the edges of a dish lay out mix of mushrooms and avocado.
Squids and shrimps salad
It is required to you: - shrimps chishchenny boiled – 150 g; - squids – 2 pieces; - salad an iceberg – 1 head of cabbage; - cucumbers – 2-3 pieces; - eggs – 3 pieces; - ketchup – 2 tablespoons; - mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons; - cognac – 2 tablespoons; - salt – to taste. Carefully clean carcasses of squids, wash up them. Within three-five minutes boil squids. Cut them thin straws. Boil eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Cut whites straws. Also cut cucumbers. Largely dig lettuce leaves. Make sauce. For this purpose in a separate bowl connect cognac, ketchup and mayonnaise. In a big bowl shift squids, shrimps, salad, squirrels and cucumbers. Fill salad with the made sauce and mix.
Vinaigrette with squids
For preparation it will be required to you: - squids – 500 g; - beet – 2 pieces; - potatoes – 3 pieces; - carrots – 2 pieces; - sauerkraut – 1.5 glasses; - a cucumber pickles – 2 pieces; - onions – 2 pieces; - vinegar – 2 tablespoons; - sugar – 1 tsp; - vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons; - salt, pepper – to taste. Boil beet, carrots and potatoes in a peel. Fill in in a pan with the squids who are laid out on a bottom boiled water. Put a pan on fire and you cook squids within two minutes. Then let's them cool down, clean and cut them thin segments. Cut cucumbers in cubes. Also cut in cubes the boiled vegetables. If necessary wash out sauerkraut and wring out. Small cut onions. Make sauce. For this purpose mix vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Vinegar is better to take 9-tiprotsentny. Lay out all prepared ingredients in a bowl and fill in them with sauce. Accurately mix.
