  • Ingredients for 4-6 portions:
  • - fillet of a turkey – 800 g;
  • - feta cheese – 200 g;
  • - olives without stones – 200 g;
  • - 2-3 garlic gloves;
  • - 2 spoons of a capers;
  • - 100 g of fresh spinach;
  • - bunch of parsley and steam of branches of a thyme;
  • - olive oil;
  • - salt and pepper.

Instruction

1. We cut fillet of a turkey (it is desirable to use a breast) lengthways in half, but not up to the end. We open like the book. We put fillet of a turkey the cut party up, we cover with several layers of food wrap and we beat off the hammer or a rolling pin, trying not to tear meat!

2. We start a stuffing: in the blender we crush capers, olives, parsley and garlic. We mix a stuffing with 2 spoons of olive oil. We crumble cheese, at a thyme we delete stalks, we mix thyme leaves with cheese.
