The combination of spinach, cottage cheese and red fish not only is very useful, but also is madly tasty! The original form of snack will become fine decoration of a holiday table.

Instruction

1. We defreeze washers of spinach. We shake up to uniformity in the egg blender, spinach, flour, salt and pepper.

2. We pour out dough on paper for pastries and we bake a cake layer at 180 degrees about 10-15 minutes (to be guided by thickness of a layer and feature of an oven). It is better to do a layer thinner since the thick cake layer at wraparound will begin to break. We leave a ready cake layer to cool down to room temperature.

3. While the cake layer cools down, we prepare a stuffing: we shake up the blender to a condition of cream cottage cheese, spices and greens.

4. On the cooled-down cake layer we smear with a thin layer cottage cheese, then we spread thinly cut pieces of fish.

5. We displace a cake layer in roll, densely we turn in food wrap and we remove in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Before giving we cut roll on pieces.
