It is required to you

  • - 4 pieces of sweet red pepper;
  • - 4 pieces of sweet yellow pepper;
  • - 400 g of fresh cottage cheese;
  • - 250 g of brynza;
  • - 100 g of a hard cheese;
  • - 300 g of pickled cucumbers;
  • - 1 pieces lemon;
  • - 100 g of greens of fennel;
  • - 100 g of greens of parsley;
  • - 50 g of a fresh basil;
  • - 20 g of olive oil;
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Well warm an oven. Wash out pepper in cold flowing water, carefully dry. Pepper shouldn't be cleaned and cut, too don't remove a fruit stem. Put the whole pepper on a baking tray and you will put in an oven. Bake pepper until their thin skin begins to rouge strongly. Shift hot pepper from a baking sheet in a dense plastic bag and let's them cool down a little.
