The celery is deservedly recognized as one of the most useful plants, both roots of a celery, and scapes, and leaves are besides eaten. From a root celeriac it is possible to prepare simple, tasty, and, above all – extremely useful dishes for all family.
Take amount of ingredients in all recipes to the taste.
Salad from a root celeriac. Clean a big root of a celery, cut in half and weld in the added some salt water. Salty or a cucumber pickles small cut couple, cut greens of fennel and parsley. Cut the cooled-down root of a celery straws. Mix all components in a bowl, having added a pinch of small salt and a black pepper. Options of seasoning of salad: vegetable oil, the light mayonnaise mixed in half with sour cream, just mayonnaise or sour cream.
Salad from a crude root of a celery. Well wash out a root of a celery and carrots, clean, grate. Cook 2-3 eggs and after cool down, rasp. Clean a big bulb, cut and slightly fry on vegetable oil, give will cool down. Then mix all components in a bowl, add salt, pepper to taste.
Soup from a root celeriac. Take couple of potatoes, carrot and a crude root of a celery, well wash out, peel and slice small. Clean and crumble a bulb. Cook couple of hard boiled eggs. On a bottom of a pan put vegetables, having filled in with a glass of water, add a desi piece. Extinguish a little, then add 1-1 ½ liter of the boiling water, add some salt and finish soup until ready. Small cut parsley, cilantro, fennel. Divide boiled eggs into quarters or cut on the egg slicer. Before giving to a table spread out eggs on plates and strew with the crushed greens.
Fried root celeriac. Wash out two big roots of a celery, peel, weld in salty water and slice small. Squeeze out from the cut lemon it is a little juice on a celery, mix and leave for several minutes. Drop pieces of a celery in flour and slightly fry on vegetable oil. To a table the fried celery can be given on lettuce leaves.
