Salad for New year of Zimushk

Zimushka salad is an excellent dish for a New Year's table. Nutritious ingredients and a pungent flavor will please guests and members of household. It can become excellent replacement to traditional Russian salad in the festive menu. There are several tasty and nourishing recipes of this dish – with a chicken liver, with beef tongue and mushrooms.

Zimushka salad with a chicken liver

For preparation of a dish it will be required to you:

- a chicken liver - 200 g;

- the Korean carrot - 200 g;

- a cucumber pickles – 2 pieces of the average size,

- red onions - 1 piece;

- fennel - 1 bunch;

- vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons (for frying of pancakes from the hepatic test);

- mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons;

- a top-grade flour - 1 tablespoon;

- salt, pepper to taste.

Wash out a chicken liver, put in the blender or the meat grinder and process in only-begotten weight. Add to it one crude egg and shake up, and carefully knead flour, salt.

Bake the turned-out dough as pancakes from two parties in the frying pan oiled. Pile ready pancakes, cool and cut with thin straws.

In a dish cut with thin half rings red onions (it can be scalded previously boiled water), straws pickles, the Korean carrot and a liver. Dress all ingredients with mayonnaise, mix and powder with greens.

Salad needs to be closed food wrap and to remove in the fridge for 2-3 hours. After that the dish can be served on a holiday table.

Beef tongue and mushrooms Zimushka salad

For preparation of this dish it will be required to you:

- mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;

- fresh cucumbers – 2-3 pieces of the average sizes;

- marinated mushrooms - 200 g;

- ham or smoked meat - 250 g;

- a boiled tongue (it is possible to replace with boiled beef or veal) - 300 g;

- cheese of firm grades – 150 g;

- garlic - 2 cloves.

Boil neat's tongue, cool. Cut language, ham, cucumbers with thin straws. Marinated mushrooms - bars. grate ½ cheeses. Mix all products in a deep dish, fill in with mayonnaise, add the garlic which is passed through a press. Mix.

Lay out a ready-to-serve salad in a deep salad bowl, from above powder with the remained shabby cheese. Decorate with greens.
