Snack and salads - the most demanded element on a holiday table. And, above all, this excellent field for culinary experiments. Salad for New year ""Tenderness"" will remarkably be entered in the solemn menu thanks to the refined taste and attractive appearance. There are several versions of the recipe of this dish.
Salad for New year "Tenderness" with crabsticks and a cucumber
For preparation of a dish it is required to you:
- crabsticks - 100 g;
- a hard cheese (it is better to choose cheese of a light shade) - 100 g;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- carrots – 2 pieces;
- mayonnaise of 4 tablespoons;
- greens (parsley, fennel) for ornament – a bunch;
- a fresh cucumber (for ornament) - 1/4.
Wash up carrots and put to cook. Defreeze crabsticks. If they in vacuum packing, put them for this purpose for several minutes in warm water. Then small chop and lay out on a wide flat dish. This layer grease 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Grate cheese on an average grater and lay out the second layer on a plate. Also cover with mayonnaise. Cool the boiled carrots, clean, grate and lay out it the third layer over cheese. Further – one more portion of mayonnaise (1 tablespoon).
Eggs boil hard-boiled. Separate the whites from the yolks. Small crumble yolks, lay out a layer and grease with mayonnaise. Then rub proteins on a grater and distribute over yolks. Powder salad with the remains of a grated cheese and decorate with slices of a cucumber and greens.
Corn Tenderness salad and banana segments
For preparation it is required to you:
- banana – 3 pieces;
- tinned corn – 1 bank;
- crabsticks of-200 g;
- a hard cheese - 300 g;
- boiled eggs – 3 pieces;
- a bulb – 1 piece of the average sizes;
- a cucumber pickles – 2 pieces;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- mayonnaise - 200 g.
Miss garlic through a press, previously scald onions boiled water. Then cut all components of salad with small segments, dress with mayonnaise, mix and beautifully lay out in a salad bowl.
