Salad from a ramson and a nettle

Salads are the most valuable dishes in respect of the content of vitamins and minerals. In spring time when the nettle and a ramson make the way on seasonal dachas, a sin not to seize the moment and not to use eco-friendly products.

It is required to you

  • - a nettle young – 2-3 handfuls;
  • - a ramson – 1 bunch;
  • - a cucumber fresh – 1 piece;
  • - green onions – a bunch;
  • - parsley greens – 1-2 branches;
  • - eggs boiled – 3 pieces;
  • - a natural yoghourt or sour cream – for gas station;
  • - salt, pepper - to taste.

Instruction

1. Wash a nettle, separate leaves from escapes. If the nettle is burned down, it is necessary to work in gloves. Put leaves of a nettle in a bowl and fill in with boiled water for 3 minutes. Having drained hot water, drench a grass with cold water, leave a little to be dried. Wash out a ramson and other greens and also dry.

2. Cut onions with ringlets, a ramson on small pieces, put in one capacity. Chop a nettle a sharp knife, connect to onions and a ramson. There put the chopped parsley greens.

3. Slightly peel a cucumber since hothouse vegetables have thickish skin. Then crumble it small cubes. Peel boiled eggs and cut small, mix with a lump. For every portion of salad leave an egg quarter for ornament.

4. Salt nettle salad and a ramson and pepper, fill with sour cream. Lay out in the portions and decorate with pieces of egg and leaves of a ramson.
