Salad ""Mimosa"

All know the well-known Mimosa salad. And here is how it is correct to make it and in what sequence to spread layers, culinary specialists quite often forget.

It is required to you

  • - potatoes - 200 g
  • - carrots - 100 g
  • - a humpback salmon tinned - the 2nd banks
  • - eggs - 7 pieces.
  • - mayonnaise - the 2nd banks


1. We clean carrots and potatoes then we boil them. Having cooled, on a small grater to grate vegetables.

2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate proteins on a small grater.

3. Impose the first layer a half of polished potatoes, the second layer a half of a humpback salmon. Grease the second layer with mayonnaise.

4. The third layer to lay out carrot. Grease the third layer with mayonnaise.

5. The fourth layer to lay out the remained half of a humpback salmon, the fifth potatoes rest. Grease the last layer with mayonnaise.

6. Grate protein and from above to strew salad. To grease from above with mayonnaise. Knead hands a yolk and strew with the last layer. Salad is ready.
