Salad ""Violet"

Violet salad is a festive salad. It will harmoniously join table layout. Surprisingly colourful and bright, it will lighten the mood even to your gloomiest guests. Except the esthetic moment, salad tasty and useful.

It is required to you

  • - 150 g of smoked chicken meat;
  • - 150 g of prunes;
  • - 300 g of champignons;
  • - 2 cucumbers;
  • - 3 carrots;
  • - 100 g of salty cookies;
  • - 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar;
  • - 1 tooth of garlic;
  • - beet juice;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - black pepper;
  • - paprika;
  • - garden radish;
  • - spinach;
  • - mayonnaise.

Instruction

1. To cut smoked chicken meat and a fresh cucumber straws.

2. Fill in prunes with hot water. Leave for 15 minutes, then drain water, cast away on a colander. Allow to flow down to water and cut bars.

3. Champignons small to cut, fry on vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cut carrots straws, add vinegar and mix. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add small cut garlic, pepper black and red. Fill in with hot oil carrots.
