- - 500 g of language (beef or pork);
- - 1 bank of marinated sliced champignons;
- - 3-4 pickles;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 70 g of cheese;
- - the frozen green peas;
- - mayonnaise;
- - mustard.
Instruction
1. Put the language which is washed out by means of a brush in a pan and put to cook.
2. When water begins to boil, add salt. If foam was formed – remove it by means of a skimmer. Continue to cook within 3 hours on slow fire.
3. It is easy to define readiness of language by a fork or a knife – if he without effort makes a mistake – it is ready.
4. Defreeze peas. Fill in ready language with cool water and clean. Cut it with small pieces.
5. Grate the boiled eggs and cheese. Mix mayonnaise with mustard. Make a proportion on your taste.
6. Spread salad layers in such order (grease each layer with mayonnaise): mushrooms, language, cucumbers, eggs and cheese. Decorate a dish from above with green peas.
