The classical sausages made in the tomato test will decorate not only any family table, but also diversify a picnic. They will be estimated not only by adults, but also children. As addition it is possible to prepare a mayonnaise or cheese sauce for such sausages.
Ingredients:
- 430 g of wheat flour;
- 250 ml of tomato juice;
- ½ tsps of salt;
- sunflower oil;
- 5 g of sugar;
- 5 g of a yeast powder;
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup;
- 1 vitellus;
- seeds of white and black sesame;
- 10 sausages.
Preparation:
- Pour out tomato juice in a wide bowl. To add sugar and a yeast powder to it. To mix everything and to leave to stand 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile it is possible to sift flour.
- To pour salt into a tomato sponge dough and to pour in oil, after to add flour, mixing within 12-15 minutes an elastic and pliable dough.
- Roll ready dough a ball, shift in a dry bowl or just to leave on a table, cover with a towel and leave to approach 1 hour.
- In an hour dough hands to press down and divide into 10 balls weighing 65 grams.
- Cover test balls with food wrap and leave on a table for 10 minutes. Later from under a film to take out one ball and to roll it in an oval. To make an incision edges of an oval slanting lines so that "fir-tree" turned out. At the same time the center of flat cake has to be integral. On the center of an oval to squeeze out a ketchup strip. Over ketchup to place sausage. Braid the made an incision edges over sausage in a braid, forming a dough-enclosed sausage. Do this procedure with all balls of the test and sausages.
