Sea-buckthorn – surprisingly useful berry. From the fresh or defrozen berries of a sea-buckthorn it is possible to make quickly for tea cake with juicy characteristic sourness. Try to make sea-buckthorn cake on kefir and make sure how it is simple and tasty!

  • - kefir – 1 glass;
  • - a sea-buckthorn – 1 glass;
  • - flour – 2 glasses;
  • - sugar – 1 glass;
  • - egg – 2 pieces;
  • - soda – 1 teaspoon;
  • - a desi – 30 g;
  • - vanillin;
  • - icing sugar.

Instruction

1. Touch the fresh or defrozen berries of a sea-buckthorn, wash out. Mix in a deep bowl with kefir of any fat content. Add soda and mix.

2. The received sea-buckthorn weight has to stand 5-10 minutes. Then add eggs, vanillin on a knife tip to it, sugar and flour. Well stir dough. You watch that dough didn't become too dense, it has to pour out slowly in a form.

3. Warm an oven to 180-200 degrees. Prepare a loaf pan, cover with a desi and powder flour. Pour out in it dough, level a surface. Bake 35-40 minutes.

4. Sprinkle ready sea-buckthorn cake with icing sugar, cut on pieces and give to a table.
