It is required to you

  • - 3.5 water l
  • - 7 tablespoons of salt
  • - 2 pieces of paprika
  • - 250 g of vodka
  • - bell pepper tsp
  • - allspice tsp peas

  • - 4 pieces of an anisetree
  • - fennel
  • - garlic
  • - 2.5 kg of cucumbers

Instruction

1. Take a big pan, pour into it 3.5 liters of water, pour salt, it is good to mix and bring salt solution to boiling.

2. To carefully wash up cucumbers and all greens.

3. To spread out one bunch for salting to a bottom of the enameled or steel pan intended for salting.

4. In the same way in capacity for salting to fill up a half of all prepared spices. To cut one pod of paprika from all directions and also to put on a bottom.

5. On a capacity bottom on seasonings and spices cucumbers one to one give all the best, the layer is shifted by fennel and the peeled garlic, the following layer of cucumbers and so on keeps within then.

6. On the last layer of cucumbers the remains of spices get enough sleep and hot pepper gives all the best.

7. Separate a half from vodka, fill in with it the prepared cucumbers.

8. Cucumbers are covered with the second bunch of pickling leaves, leaves of horse-radish have to be from above.

9. The vodka rest joins the brine boiling on a plate, mixes up. The brine fills in cucumbers.

10. The pan with the cucumbers which are filled in with a brine needs to be closed a cover and to leave to cool within 5 - 6 hours. After that to put capacity in the fridge.

11. Day later fresh-salted cucumbers will be ready.
