It is necessary to take eggs, it is desirable fresh (yellow or white, it is unimportant), to wash them soap in warm water, to rinse and put for five minutes in the salty boiling water. Before using a shell, it is necessary to add several drops of lemon juice to powder. A daily dosage of the crushed shell – a half of a teaspoon together with skim cheese. It is desirable to accept about three weeks in the mornings - everything depends on a condition of the person. In a year it is necessary to accept two such courses: at the beginning of spring and at the end of fall. It is the best of all to store the ground shell in a dry glass jar or in a paper packet.
