Ingredients:

  • salt — to taste;
  • black sprinkling pepper — to taste;
  • sparkling mineral water — 1.5 liters;
  • soy-bean sauce — 50 ml;
  • onions shallot — 200 g;
  • chicken leg — 2 kg.

Preparation:
