1. Mix orange juice with a dried peel, the thyme, olive oil crushed by garlic. Salt, pepper the turned-out marinade.

2. Dip into marinade of a shrimp (it isn't necessary to clean them), leave for 30 minutes to be pickled. If time allows - you can remove shrimps marinade for the night in the fridge.

3. Make sauce for shrimps. For this purpose mix mayonnaise, a thyme, pepper, salt and orange juice (take quantity on the discretion).

4. Warm a grill, oil a lattice a little.

5. Get the kept waiting shrimps on skewers (it is better to soak them in water), you can spread orange pieces.
