Beef – one of the most popular types of meat. There is a set of various recipes of dishes from beef, but the best way to keep the maximum quantity of useful substances in meat is to bake it in an oven.

The beef baked by a piece

To make beef in an oven, take:

- beef (shovel or a neck) – 1.5 kg;

- garlic – 4 pieces; - bay leaf – 2 pieces; - onion – 1 piece; - olive oil – 2 tsps; - salt – to taste; - a black pepper – to taste. At first carefully wash out a steak and dry a towel. Warm a frying pan on moderate fire, pour in vegetable oil. On the warmed oil put beef and fry a piece from all directions within 7-10 min. Then take onions and garlic, peel and cut randomly. Lay out vegetables on a form bottom for roasting, add bay leaf there and from above put a piece of beef.

Add salt and pepper to taste, cover a form or a foil. Track that the foil densely closed edges of a form. Grate the washed-out and peeled carrots or cut straws. Take a form for roasting or a deep baking tray and oil. Lay out meat, salt, pepper. From above place potatoes greased with ketchup. Then lay out a layer of onions and carrots. Water a dish with sour cream and strew with small chopped greens. Put a baking tray in the oven warmed up to 180 wasps. In one or one and a half hours switch off an oven, get beef with potato, lay out on a dish and decorate with tinned corn and bunches of greens.

Juicy meat with spicy sharp aroma

If you want to make juicy meat with spicy sharp aroma, make beef in a sleeve: - beef – 1.5 kg; - mustard – to taste; - sour cream – to taste; - salt – to taste; - pepper – to taste. At first wash out meat under flowing water and dry a towel. Then rub a piece of beef with salt and pepper and leave for an hour to be pickled then cover with mustard and remove in the fridge for some time. It is the best of all to leave meat for the night. Then cover beef with sour cream, place in a roasting sleeve and put in the oven which is previously warmed up to 200 wasps. In an hour lower temperature to 180 wasps and bake a dish of an hour more one and a half.
