Germinated wheat contains the balanced amount of vitamins and mineral substances, is completely acquired by an organism, adjusting work of digestive tract. And small loafs from germinated wheat will become excellent substitute of traditional "lifeless" long loaf.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of wheat;
  • - 2 l of water for soaking;
  • - 100 g of water for the test;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Instruction

1. We touch wheat, separating grains from small garbage.

2. We wash out, we presoak wheat in enameled or to glasswares, we add 1 liter of water.

3. We drain the first water. We wash out wheat once again.

4. On a bottom of ware we spread a clean gauze, we pour 1 l of water on a bottom. We stack wheat, we leave for a prorashchivaniye for the night to the warm place.

5. We pass germinated wheat via the meat grinder, we add water.

6. We form small loafs of the received weight and we fry in a frying pan with addition of olive oil from two parties. The general time of frying is 10-12 minutes on small fire.
