  • - 500 g of chicken forcemeat;
  • - 300 g of cheese;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 200 g of sour cream;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - greens;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt.
  • For the stuffed sushka:
  • - 250-300 g of mincemeat;
  • - 300 g of sushka;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 100 g of cheese;
  • - 300 ml of milk;
  • - 80 g of sour cream;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instruction

1. Lace snack First of all, prepare a stuffing. For this purpose peel onions from a peel and small chop a knife. Periodically stirring slowly, fry mincemeat on vegetable oil together with onions within 20-25 minutes. Salt and pepper. For preparation of pancake dough shake up eggs together with granulated sugar. Pour in milk, without ceasing to disturb, gradually pour flour, add salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Very well mix everything to uniformity.
