Snack from peaches with halluma cheese

It is required to you

  • Halluma cheese - 300 g;
  • Peaches - 4 pieces;
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • Lemon - 1 piece;
  • Basil - several leaves;
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Wash, cut peaches in half and remove a stone. Warm an oven to 200 degrees and put cuts up for 12 - 15 minutes.

2. We slice cheese approximately about a little finger thickness and we fry in a frying pan (if at you good non-stick, it is possible to do without oil) to a golden crust.

3. We squeeze out juice of a lemon and we rub a dried peel on a small grater. We mix with olive oil, salt and pepper. We rub bakedwith the mix peaches. On each half of fruit we spread on a piece of cheese and we decorate with a basil leaf. Enjoy your meal!
