Gradually adjust the food, introducing new habits in everyday life:

Besides, fruit contain sugar in structure. Its norm, unlike candies, safe, also does well only. Also natural sugar doesn't cause "sweet" dependence.

Load an organism with sport. The sport develops discipline and develops will power. For example, the first week replace a quarter of a habitual diet with useful chocolate or fruit. If got used to have coffee with lump sugar, gradually reduce quantity of cubes of sugar. So you will avoid annoying failures and, slowly but surely, you will come to a healthy and correct food allowance.
