It is required to you

  • - 1.5 glasses of wheat flour;
  • - 0.5 glasses of oat flakes;
  • - 0.5 glasses of dried apricots;
  • - 80 g of a desi;
  • - 50 g of sour cream;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 2 h spoon of baking powder;
  • - salt pinch.

Instruction

1. Mix flour with oat flakes, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add pieces of a cold desi (it is possible to replace with margarine), chop a sharp knife to a condition of a crumb.

2. Wash out dried apricots, dry it on paper towels, cut with small pieces.

3. Add sour cream and slightly shaken up crude eggs to a flour crumb. There send the crushed dried apricots, carefully mix everything. Rather sticky dough has to turn out.

4. Lay out dough on the land surface powdered with a small amount of flour. Knead it a little. Then roll dough in a rectangle, knife a test strip sharp on triangles.

5. Lay a baking tray baking paper, on it from above spread out cookies, put in the oven which is in advance warmed up up to the temperature of 180 degrees.

6. Soft cookies with dried apricots have to be cooked about 30 minutes to become pleasant golden color. After preparation cool cookies on a baking sheet, then lay out in a vase or a serving dish. Give to tea or coffee.
