Souffle from a turkey and squash

This gentle and very useful dish can be cooked even for little children, meat of a turkey is considered dietary, and the squash not only contains a lot of cellulose and vitamins, but also is well acquired by an organism. It is required to you

  • - 500 g of forcemeat of a turkey;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - small head of onions;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 200 g of squash;
  • - salt and a black pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Peel squash, grate or crush in the blender. Add to them forcemeat, yolks, the crushed onions and garlic, salt and pepper at will. Mix everything.

2. Beat whites in very dense foam and add to the prepared mix. Once again carefully mix.

3. Oil small molds for roasting vegetable and fill them with the prepared weight. Put in the oven warmed up to 200 wasps and bake at this temperature of 20 minutes.

4. Make sauce for souffle. For this purpose mix equal amount of cream and a grated cheese and heat to solidification. Serve souffle from a turkey with creamy sauce.
