This recipe can become a lifesaver for that who have no time for cooking, and there is a wish to feed members of household with tasty healthy food very much. Soup is cooked very quickly and simply, at the same time practically without conceding on nutritiousness and taste to traditional home-made soups. Also the recipe of fish soup is useful on vacation or in marching conditions, in the absence of fully equipped kitchen.

It is required to you

  • On a three-liter pan:
  • 1 bank of canned fishes;
  • 2-4 potatoes;
  • 2 small bulbs;
  • 1 small carrots.
  • Spices:
  • bay leaf;
  • allspice peas;
  • black sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. We put water on fire. While it begins to boil, we cut potatoes in cubes and we grate carrots. We cut 1 bulb in cubes or half rings. We take out canned food from banks and we divide into small pieces.

2. We place potatoes, 1 bay leaf, 2-3 peas of allspice, 1 cleaned bulb in the added some salt water. When soup is already ready, it is better to extract bay leaf and onions.

3. While potatoes cook, we brown in a frying pan the cut onions with carrots. It is possible to season slightly vegetables with a sprinkling pepper or other seasonings to taste. But seasoning should be added only in case you want to cook soup more sharply: canned food already will give it sufficient sharpness. We pour out ready vegetables in a pan with potatoes.

4. When potatoes are almost ready, we put canned fishes in a pan and we boil no more than 3 minutes. Then we remove soup from fire. It is possible to allow it to infuse, so the dish will be more tasty.
