It is required to you

  • 500 grams of mutton (or pork), 2-3 segments of garlic, 2 heads of onions, 3 tomatoes, 0.5 glasses of pearl barley, vegetable oil, pepper, salt, greens to taste.

Instruction

1. Cut meat small pieces, fill in with cold water and put on fire for 1.5 hours. At formation of a skin - remove it.

2. Small cut onions, pound garlic, wash out rice.

3. Add onions, garlic, rice, salt, pepper to broth and continue to cook about 30 minutes.

4. Peel tomatoes from a thin skin and fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes.
