  • - 1/2 h spoon of a black sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. Wash out pork, dry paper towels. Cut meat with pieces 1 cm thick. Pound a carnation, Chile pepper, an anisetree stars in a mortar, add cinnamon, nutmeg, mix everything. Add honey, plum wine, a soy-bean sauce, mix.

2. Lower pieces of pork in the turned-out original marinade, they have to be covered with marinade from all directions, cover ware with meat food wrap, remove in the fridge for 1 hour.

3. Fry pork in a frying pan grill or an open grill 3-4 minutes from each party.
