Meatballs are cooked in an oven therefore it isn't necessary to stand near a plate at a frying pan and to cook meatballs in turn.
It is required to you
- - 200 g of spinach,
- - 800 g of mincemeat,
- - 1 egg,
- - 1 tablespoons of a prepared mustard,
- - 50 g of parmesan polished,
- - 3 pieces of white tostovy loaf without crust,
- - 2 paprikas,
- - 1 bulb,
- - 3 tomatoes,
- - salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Instruction
1. Put bread in the blender and grind it in a crumb. Then shift it in a bowl, add forcemeat, egg, spinach, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything.
2. Create small balls from forcemeat. About 20-25 pieces have to turn out. Place them on the baking tray laid by a foil and oiled by sunflower. Send meatballs to the oven warmed up to 185 degrees and bake within 30-40 minutes, until ready.
3. While meatballs are baked, make sauce. Small cut onions. In a frying pan warm sunflower oil. Put onions there and fry, constantly stirring slowly, to softness, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Meanwhile place the peeled paprika and tomatoes in the blender. Everything needs to be processed not really small.
5. Pour out the received weight in a frying pan to onions, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to the boil, reduce fire and you extinguish a baking plate a cover of 10-20 minutes until pepper become soft.
6. Serve meatballs with sauce and mashed potatoes.
