Every day it is possible to try different types of this delicacy: on milk, on kefir, thin, thick, on rye flour, with various stuffings and toppings. Pancakes with spinach - an unusual, bright dish. It is very simple to cook them, when frying they aren't torn, turn out rather soft. As spinach has neutral taste, pancakes turn out very gentle. It is required to you

  • - packing of spinach (it is possible to use frozen);
  • - 1 glass of flour;
  • - 1 glass of milk;
  • - ½ glasses of water;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - ¼ glasses of vegetable oil;
  • - on one pinch of salt and sugar.

Instruction

1. Mix spinach, eggs and oil in the blender in homogeneous mass.

2. Add flour, sugar, salt. Mix everything. Add milk and water. Again mix.

3. Leave dough to be defended for an hour. If dough turned out dense, it can be diluted with a small amount of water.
